Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

convenient location modern bathroom lavish breakfast warm welcome
the hotel is situated close to major attractions with many shops nearby i found the location very convenient the room was very comfy and tidy it had modern bathroom fixtures the staff was helpful throughout my stay. the lavish breakfast offered many choices including smoked salmon i found this very appealing. the staff offered aperitivo outside overlooking the canal a lovely experience. reception provided a warm welcome and bellhop service was excellent.
the wifi signal was good but faster speeds would have been an improvement for reliable connectivity.

the hotel lobby offers access to the water which provides a unique experience the breakfast buffet had many options like pastries and cereals ladies offered cappuccino and coffee which was a nice touch. the hotel offers a boat ride to murano.

The staff WAS friendly and helpful. The location is superb. It is close to main attractions. I found the breakfast to have many options. I especially liked the pastries and fresh fruit. I appreciated the convenient access to water transport from the hotel dock.

excellent location attentive staff internal canal view
The location was excellent (right behind the bridge of sighs). the staff were very helpful. our room included a balcony with an internal canal view. I enjoyed watching the gondolas from there. breakfast had plenty of options and the staff paid great attention to detail.

Decent Location, but Room Issues

sewage smell broken air conditioner
The hotel location was good because it was near the main square.
The bathroom had a sewage smell and it was really unpleasant. The air conditioner did not work for three days. It was sweltering in July. I told the front desk but nothing happened.
